Housebroken? As a young puppy, Po is working hard on potty training and learning his basic commands.
Story: Po was rescued from a shelter in Texas with all of his littermates. We are so happy to have them together safe and sound in a foster home now. Po is a happy sweetie who loves people and gets along great with other dogs and puppies. He knows just how to get comfortable up on the couch with his humans, and will love to join you on walks and trots around the neighborhood. Po is just looking for someone to be his new best furend and we know that he will repay them with endless amounts of love and tail wags. Like all puppies, Po will need an adopter who is committed to setting him up for success by enrolling in obedience training and exercising him both mentally and physically. He will also need love, patience, and socialization in order to thrive!
What my foster says: Po is a classic happy puppy! He's playful, curious and so sweet. He loves toys of all types, and LOVES playing with his foster sister and neighborhood dogs. Po loves to be outside in the yard so he can burn off steam with the zoomies! He’s so fast and agile. He is a huge cuddler on the couch after getting his energy out. Po is crate trained and house training is going great! He whines when you initially put him in the crate but eventually settles, especially if you put a toy in there with him. He’s making great progress on his leash training and loves to explore the neighborhood! He's a little shy outside, but his confidence is growing every day! He is currently living with a cat and loves it. Po is learning to approach cats slowy and calmy. He gets along with all people, it just takes him a moment to warm up. Po is the perfect pup and would make any family complete and happy!
The fee to adopt Po is $450. That covers the cost of all his vaccines, the collar he’s wearing, his transport to DC and his care in his foster home. He’s up to date on all age appropriate vaccines. Po has been seen by a shelter vet and we are not aware of any health issues.
